By accessing or using SteadyGains ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SteadyGains provides personalized fitness guidance, meal plans, macro targets, and supplement recommendations for men over 50. The Service is for informational and personal health guidance purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

SteadyGains is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or take medications.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel beforehand. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@steadygains.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

8. Limitation of Liability

SteadyGains is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyGains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
