SteadyGains is a solo-founded project built on a simple premise: most fitness content targeting men over 50 is either vague, generic, or written for a much younger body. We wanted something better — specific, practical, and grounded in what the research actually says.

There's no team of PhDs on staff. No corporate wellness department. What there is: a genuine commitment to researching credible sources, staying current on what the science says about training and nutrition for older men, and building that into the daily plans SteadyGains delivers.

That's the credibility — not a credential. The research is real, the sources are real, and the approach is honest.

Where the content comes from

Every workout protocol, macro target, and supplement recommendation on this site is sourced from credible, established research — peer-reviewed sports medicine studies, exercise physiology literature, and evidence-based nutrition science. We don't pull things from fitness influencers. We don't amplify trends without backing.
